Moving....again

Our landlord is not renewing our lease so their friends can move into this place.  I cried when they told us because I really liked it here.  The townhome is spacious and for once we're not cramped and cluttered.  We were set to live here for a couple of years.  It's nice because the playground is just across the street too.  We're also very frustrated because of course moving is a headache and costs money.  However, we lucked out in that the townhome 5 doors down from us was up for rent and it's exactly the same as the one we're currently in.  Not all the townhomes in this complex have basements like the one we're in now so it's a relief that the one we're moving into has one as well.  It's where we keep all our storage and we have a lot of storage.  On top of having to move, Addison and I got the flu last week and had to push off moving for another week.  It's been a stressful month.  We're moving this Saturday and everything will be the same on our address except the house number.  It's changing from 2855 to 2885 :)  If you need the whole address email me.  We're looking forward to July because we're going to visit my parents in CO for a week, the next week Rob and Jeana will be visiting UT, and then later in the month Orpha and Fred will be visiting again!  We can't wait!  Hopefully July will not be as stressful.

A very unwelcome visitor!

Last week there was a really big wind storm that blew the tarp/cover off of our grill on our deck.  So I dragged the cover inside intending to put it back on once the wind died down.  It was either the next day or the day after that that Steve was working from home sitting at our kitchen table (the cover to the grill was right next to the table) and Steve said a bee flew up out of the cover!  It scared the daylights out of him, Lol.  Luckily, he was able to kill it.  Another day or so went by before we got around to putting the cover back on the grill and Steve found a small honeycomb/beehive stuck to our grill cover where the bee must have been living!  I'm so glad Steve was home when the bee decided to emerge and killed it right away.  We just got the grill a couple months ago so that bee wasted no time finding a place for its home.  We had noticed the bee before hanging around the grill but we didn't know it had built a home on it :)  I'm glad we killed it so it can't come back and build another home on our grill.
